Goodwin partners with Wexler to strengthen its litigation practice

Goodwin, an AmLaw20 firm, is now using wexler.ai’s fact intelligence platform to support its litigation practice. After a thorough assessment during an extended pilot, the firm has now deployed wexler.aito its litigation teams in the US and UK. This underlines the rising demand for technology that can manage the scale, speed, and precision of high-stakes disputes today.

Goodwin’s litigation teams are already using Wexler’s fact intelligence platform to:

●     Accelerate early case assessment

●     Conduct thorough fact analysis across large volumes of complex material

●     Rapidly construct comprehensive build chronologies

“We like the accuracy and litigation-focused design of Wexler – it’s truly a product for litigators, and how effectively itsupports attorney review of the analysis grounded in the case documents. Our lawyers have found it invaluable for early case assessment and thorough fact analysis, including identifying conflicting evidence. We look forward to continuing our partnership with Wexler as adoption spreads and as more fact-related features like the real-time fact-checking function are released.”

A platform built for litigators

Wexler defines a new category of legal AI: fact intelligence. Built specifically for disputes, it can process extensive volumes of case material in a single upload, connect people, dates, and actions, and structure them into timelines that stand up in cross-examination. The result for litigators is clarity, with contradictions surfacing in real time rather than weeks later, as every flagged issue is tied directly back to the record; and confidence, knowing that preparation and strategy are grounded in facts that will withstand scrutiny.

“What struck me working with Goodwin is how quickly the best litigators see the value in fact intelligence. They don’t want more noise, they want clarity. Their feedback has pushed us to make Wexler sharper, faster, and capable of handling the messiness of real disputes. It’s becoming clear that wexler.ai is becoming a layer of infrastructure that disputes teams need to have at their side.”

-      Gregory Mostyn, co-founder and CEO of Wexler

Goodwin joins a growing list of firms adopting Wexler, including Clifford Chance, HSF Kramer, Addleshaw Goddard, and Burges Salmon. We recently announced a $5.3M seed round and launched Real-Time FactChecking, a first-of-its-kind feature that tests testimony against the record as it is spoken in depositions and hearings.

As disputes become more complex and fact-heavy, fact intelligence is moving from an advantage to an essential part of litigation strategy.
