US law firm Hunton rolls out Wexler across global litigation practice

NYC, US 3 March 2026: US law firm Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP has deployed Wexler, the AI-native fact intelligence platform, across its global litigation practice. The system's fact-finding capabilities are being used across deposition, trial preparation and early case assessment to enhance how the firm tackles complex disputes.

The rollout follows an extensive evaluation of litigation technology, during which Hunton selected Wexler to help its attorneys surface key facts, identify inconsistencies, and engage more directly with the evidential record as matters progress. The platform is already used by litigation teams, including partners, across the firm.

In complex litigation, clarity on what happened and where evidence may conflict is key. By extracting sourced, cited facts from vast unstructured datasets, Wexler reduces the manual burden of factual review and enables lawyers to build compelling narratives that stand up to scrutiny.

Wexler enables lawyers to find critical vulnerabilities in discovery, draft documents and build a winning case strategy.  With the capacity to process up to 250,000 documents per upload, the platform automates essential intelligence gathering in high-stakes disputes, allowing attorneys to focus on more complex, strategic, value-driven work.

This latest partnership comes as Wexler continues to expand its US presence following its $5.3 million seed funding round in 2025, with the platform already in use by leading US law firm, Goodwin Procter. The technology has also been adopted by major global firms, including Clifford Chance, Addleshaw Goddard and HSF Kramer.

Gregory Mostyn, CEO and Co-founder of Wexler, said: “Hunton's litigation teams handle some of the most complex litigation in the US. Getting on top of the factual record early is critical to how those cases are won - that's exactly what Wexler is built for.”
